Helensburgh Swimming Pool (Live Argyll)

We have 2 pools for our customers to enjoy. Our teaching pool is perfect for parents with young children - ideal for splashing around or learning your first strokes! It is also available to hire for pool parties. Our main pool is 25m long and six lanes wide, making it a great place for a nice relaxing swim or a swim fit workout. It also caters for a variety of fun activities such as kayaking, water aerobics, children’s fun sessions and parties.

If you are trying to keep fit, our fitness suite contains a wide range of fitness equipment. The suite offers customers the ability to work out using both free weights and machine weights. These provide you with the perfect way to tone and shape up. You can also enjoy a full range of cardio-vascular equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. We have qualified gym instructors on duty to provide you with a high standard of professional care as well as personalised fitness programmes.

Looking for the perfect way to relax and unwind? Why not visit our health suite where you can find a sauna and a steam room. Our sauna, with dry heat, aids in the cleansing and detoxification of the body and the steam room with wet heat, is excellent for skin hydration. The health suite has a shower area and water cooler with loungers making it the perfect place for you to lie back and relax. There is also easy access to the swimming pool. The Health Suite is available to those aged 18 and over.
